portable embroidery patch machine?

Hello everyone. Im new to the forum and embroidery world. I am hoping someone can share some information with me regarding portable embroidery machines. Im looking to make custom embroidered patches on location and would like, or hope there is a relatively small portable machine that could make patches on the spot. It would need to be connected to a laptop where the design would be created, then sent to the machine for actual embroidery / creation.

Is there such an animal or setup available? Perhaps that could fit in a small trailer or enclosed pickup truck?
