i am looking to start a dtg buisness at a very low level and just wanted to know if anyone new if it was possible to buy a decent used printer for around 3 to 4 thousand

Generally the only way they are that cheap, is if they need work, and that 90% of the time means that they need new print heads. Which is going to cost you (depending on printer) at least a few more thousand.

AnaJet is running an end of the year deal. I forgot what it was, the rep called me the other day. You have to get in on it before the new year however. I think it was about $15,000 for a full setup, including heat press, and everything. Which is a decent price, and AnaJet in my opinion is one of the better small DTG's.
