Alan and / or karen,
Once again I go over a week without hearing anything about when I can expect my new belt. I sent the old worn out belt that was barely half as long as needed be, back to you in good faith, but still no response You advertised the oven for three months with a new belt, sold it to me, took over as month to ship it, painted it, inspected the electrical requirements, and still didn't notice there wasn't a new belt! (Its actually single phase not three phase like you said.) It has been seven weeks since this transaction has begun and I still don't have an oven to use. Both Action Engineering and Belt Express could have a new belt here in a week. I don't understand why you are dragging this out. I do expect a new belt as advertised or a refund of $400 to buy a new belt. You know how to reach me.
