The press is a 6-year-old Printex Hurricane and hasn't been used in the last couple of years but stored in a totally climate-controlled environment:
2-phase or 3-phase - currently set for 3-phase (the Workhorse Dryer, the screen printer and flash unit)

Basically, it's still brand new. We used it lightly up until about 3-1/2 years ago and decided to focus more on the embroidery portion of our business.
The press comes with a 20 x 24 programmable flash unit, flood bars and squeegees. Also included are the following M&R compatible aluminum pallets,
all with quick-load option, made by Action Engineering as follows:
* (8) 16 x 22 aluminum pallets (we used these)
* (4) Youth/Sleeve Combo (reversible) pallets, measuring 10.5 x 10; 10.5 x 4 (shaped like a guitar) - We used these as well
* (8) 18 x 22 (new)
* (8) 20 x 29 (new)
* Extra parts:
* (2) individual unit control boards (at the end of each unit)

The press, when brand new, was $50,000 with the flash unit being $4,500 (this was around 2014). Please note pallet prices above.

We have a variety of inks…we have the Wilflex/Ink Tech pantone mixing system with various pantone ink, various One Stroke inks (gallons). The pantone mix colors are pints, including a gallon of glow-n-the-dark ink ($300 all on its own).
