I am trying to find out what the best screen printing or printing method is for printing on 85% poly/15% spandex material. Some say heat transfer printing using certain types of inks and drying it very low heat. Any other suggestions that works best so the designs won't crack. Will be doing large volumes so I need to get it right.

Well wiseminds... QCM Inks makes some polyester inks especially formulated for polyester fabrics. Sure, you'll need to adjust your curing temperature/times. I use 340° for 45 seconds on my conveyor belt dryer. Check out QCM's PermaWhite here: PermaWhite
