Problem with Corel X6

we are trying to output films with X6, On my laptop it shows all the different size of paper that there is but on our desktop it only shows letter and A4. cant figure it out. Only thing I can think of is my laptop is 32 bit windows 7 and the desktop is 64 bit windows 8

That's odd.. When you print films the paper size is determined by your printer settings. Have you looked to see if your printer is properly installed or if you need to update the driver?
