Default Problem with mug printing?

Hi people,

I am new to the forum and this is my first thread. We have been doing this for a while, and have recently been getting problems when printing mugs.

We always seem to get some 'fading' at the bottom of the mug, about 2cm worth from the bottom of the mug.

I have tried pressing the mug upside down to check it is not the heat press, but get the same problem!
Has anyone else encountered this and/or does anybody have any advice for me?!

Thanks,
Steve

what time and temp are you using i seem to see the best success from our
customers with a temp of 350 for 3 mins.

what type of mug, paper, and ink are you using?

Hope to help
