We are looking for an experienced Screen Printing Production Manager for our athletic screenprint shop.
To be qualified for the job you must have:
Proven P&L responsibility.
Prior experience in developing a team atmosphere where you were responsible for hiring, supervising and evaluating the performance of all production personnel.
You must be able to communicate with our 10 sales people who work with local schools about product offerings, current schedule time lines.
Must be able to organize workflow to meet our customers needs.
Be able to control purchasing of supplies, maintenance of equipment and recommend new equipment.
Have a goal of creating the best Athletic Screenprint Shop in the Nation.
