I just bought out another local shop here in Ohio this past Saturday. Included in the transaction among several presses was an 8 color 8 station Mach press. I had broken the press down to move it and thought while I had it apart I would replace any worn parts. I called out to Phoenix this morning and got a very knowledgeable women on the phone that help me out. She new every part of that press and got me everything I need to get it back up to tip top shape. Easy to deal with, knew the product very well and even went out of her way to let me know I could go a cheaper route on a few of the things I needed then the way I originally had intended to go. Always nice to have an easy transaction like that.

I completely agree with the first comment. I have 2 Workhorse Powerhouse dryers and one of their Photosharp exposure units. Each time I've purchased one of their items (used from craigslist/digitsmith), I've replaced something worn or broken by the previous owner. I second that their service dept can't be beat! Steve and Joyce, have even overnighted me parts. I paid for the overnight shipping, but they did get the parts delivered to me next day. Try getting that kind of service from another major manufacturer.
