puffy digitizer

I'm looking for a good puffy digitizer for a design on hats. it is going to be two layers fo puffy. The first being the base, which will outline the logo, the next will be the logo sewn on top of the first. I tried puffy once before through here, but after many tries it never worked, we came to the conclusion that the design at the time had been to thin to work. This is much thicker.
