Pull outs

So I have a design that has a persistent pull out at a specific letter. This design has a row of little 5mm letters that are spaced wide and each has a trim. One tends to pull out when starting. It doesn't do it ever time but is often enough to annoy. Is there something I can look for in the design that could help prevent this sort of thing from happening?

Huh, double post. The original locked up the website for so long I closed it and started over but it evidently made it.
