question about audit process

How do you ensure that board approved audit directives are implemented? Is there a system that one should follow that would provide end to end functionality, efficiency and productivity of the entire audit process?

I assume you are working in a standard regulated company and I can relate with you because audit process is very stressful. There is a ready made audit management software that can assist you with your audit activities. I just can't recommend a provider for it try to Google I'm sure it will provide options for you.

Thanks for the advice. I actually went to a consultant yesterday and was recommended that I try this audit management software. i just haven't called them yet but I will since I need a quote.
