Questions about Designer Series from Pantograms

I just bought a second machine that came with designer series. I'm not sure if I have the settings wrong but the selection box does not line up with the image. I changed font size to normal in windows as suggested on Pantograms website but it didn't work. An help would be wonderful.

Check with Powerstitch people, they'd been using Pantogram machines. I hope they'll be happy to assist their peers.
