Questions About Ioline 300 vs Appli-K

I am wanting to know what the differences might be between the Ioline 300 and the Appli-K, which I believe is the predecessor to the Ioline. I am looking at possibly purchasing a cutter (hopefully I can find a used one) that will cut twill as well as vinyl because my primary business is embroidery.

Any information would be appreciated.
