Questions for singer futura owners
I had a small (rather BIG) problem. My hard drave crashed about two weeks ago and therefore, I had to reload the futura software (just the normal software not the Autopunch). I have the disc but my son seems to have run off with the back card that gives me the access code. I have the code for the auto punch (he didnt manage to get that one!) but not the basic software. Any suggestions?

If you registered with them when you bougt the machine, they would definately have your serial number and other details on file. They could trace your name and give you the serial number if you provide them with supporting docs , like your SSC or anything to prove that you are the original owner of the machine and user of the licenced software.
