Hi,
im not a singer futura owner, but i think the best way to get that code back is to ask your local distributer to contact singer for you. If you registered with them when you bougt the machine, they would definately have your serial number and other details on file. They could trace your name and give you the serial number if you provide them with supporting docs , like your SSC or anything to prove that you are the original owner of the machine and user of the licenced software.
