If you are a Renaissance owner, contact us for some more specific information. We have some great programs and more details on some benefits you can receive for a limited time.

I can not believe this ... we were told yesterday by Prodigy that they would only hold parts for the Renaissance for 90 DAYS!!! and then pushed to sell us a NEW machine and give us 50% for our Renaissance .... are you kidding!!! We will have our machine paid off in a few months .... and NO PARTS. Wow ... I would love to get my hands on the guys that sold us down the river on this machine.

Dear Renaissance Owners,
Hello! My name is Joi from Prodigi Embroidery Machines. I am writing in efforts to reach out to all of the Renaissance owners.
Prodigi purchased Renaissance in January of this year and have been attempting to contact the current owners ever since. We want to be of great assistance to you during this change. Here at Prodigi we are committed to providing the best service and support that we can.
If you have not received a call from me it is because your information is outdated or I do not have it at all. I would love to fix this as soon as possible. For all customers who update their information you will receive a FREE 30-day trial on the new auto digitizing IDS software, the future operating software for the Renaissance machines. Below is the link to update your information. Thank you for helping us to serve you better.

Sincerely,
Joi Brown
