Reset waste tank counter on T-Jet 3

Never mind, Chris at Screen Print helped me.

Help! "all technicians are busy" at the US Screen print. The directions in the book do not match what I show on the screen. I understand there is some software to download to re-set the waste tank counter. I tried to go on line for assistance, but now the site doesn't like my dongle number. Bottom line, I am dead in the water until this problem is fixed.
Any help will be much appreciated.

I am having the same problem on the T-jet 3. Just last week my boss emptied the waste tank and now we cant get the software to reset the waste timer. I wish someone would put the software up in a torrent for download so we wouldn't have to go through with the failed dongle number at registration.

If I run into a file someone has posted for download I will let you know........
