Default Resize

Hi, can anyone please recommend a resizing programme. I use Husqvarna 3D for digitizing, along with PE Design. I'm obviously OK resizing my own patterns, but I sometimes use other designs and need to make them either smaller or bigger. I would like a stnad alone resize programme that hopefully doesn't require a dongle. Any suggestions please? Cheers,
Mino

Thanks for reply. Yes, I've heard that Wilcom is the best. Not sure I can afford that at the moment. Husqvarna 3D, although I gather is basic, it serves my needs quite well. Have heard that Embird Basic will do resizing so will probably go for that. Thanks anyway.
