Default Rhinestone

Don't know if this is the right forum to ask but I'm wondering if is worth buying a rhinestone machine this days? I see many selling their equipment here and there machine seem expensive probably same price as a DTG. printer! Any one here bought one and making profit? I want to add rhinestone into some hat design we have but man10,000 to 34,000+ !! Any other cheaper option?

Thanks

Using a cutting plotter and sand blasting mask I have made may rhinestone templates. There are many options for the template material. Unless you're putting out thousands of designs or strictly doing stone designs I would not purchase one of those machines. For slight embellishing we hand place or print a paper template for quick layout and pick it up with the heat transfer tape.

PS: I build my rhinestone designs in Corel. There are many tutorials on youtube that cover the different ways.
