Richmond Solarbeam exposure unit

I've got a Richmond Solarbeam SM3000 32x43. Not sure the exact year but we've had it for at least 7 years. It has a brand new blanket, brand new 10Kw bulb, and the integrator was replace last year. The glass is probably 2-3 years old, normal wear and tear.
