Ricoma Costomer Service has Improved

I'm Posting this Thread to let everyone know that Ricoma has replaced my 12 needle embroidery machine that was giving me problems with a brand new machine. I would like to thank Leonardo at Ricoma USA for all his assistance with this matter and I have been informed that he is working hard to resolve any other issues as well.
