Default Riley Hopkins issues

Hey Printers,

I am having major issues with my brand new 6/4 WIN press.

First off Head 1 on my press seems crooked, it does not square up with station 1. All other heads 2-6 square up just fine. Its as if the entire head is off by 1/4" of an inch. To correct this i would have to load the screen in at a slight angle for it to be square on the board.

Second Issue on head 6, one of the micros is very very rough to turn. I can actually hear crunching with i turn it. Its as if dirt or sand is stuck into the thread. This press i remind you is brand new. Is this problem fixable by me?

Third a biggest issue Im having is setting the off contact. I set the off contact just fine with loosening the correct bolts and using a piece of board thats 1/8"
The problem comes when i loosen the micros. When i loosen them my off contact is gone. The screen lays flat on the board. I got the joystick registration which now I am regretting, and notice when i loosen the micro i can actually "tilt" the screen slightly. This cant be right. It should hold the screen off 1/8" for me register the screen properly.

Has anyone had these issues? Or know anything I can do? I am at stand still and have no idea what i can do to make this work. I have been printing for 4 years and these are HUGE problems for a brand new press.
