Trying to follow this?

Printex Europe sells to Printex Group US
Printex Group US hires Spider Machines to do the install.
Spider Machines hires Brian as the installer.
Brian works for Spider Machines - Spider Machines is hired by Printex Group US - Printex Group Us bought from Printex Europe.

Now we have to throw J Rod "Jason" in the mix as the saleman of the year.

Gatorade shot out my nose LOL

That might explain why M&R's Federal Lawsuit got dismissed.

So who is Printex US? They hired Spider Machines on a contract or per install basis? Who are the principles for Spider Machines? Who is the sales person for Printex here in the states? Spider is strictly the installer and Printex US is the seller right? So who is Printex US? Why are there so many questions involving all of this mess? 2M manufactures for RPM who is selling the machines, installing them and providing support after the sale. Why is the Printex chain of command and sales so much harder to follow than say RPM's, or an M&R distributor like GSG? Why are so many things kept in the dark?

Note that Barnes makes absolutely sure his name or any association with any possible liability is missing from contracts. This will be the same for his current scam. Buyers Beware!!!
