I posted this in another thread but figured I should start a new topic. This topic will be active and if Robert does not take it serious from one of his customers needing tech help it will only look bad on him and hopefully a red flag for future Mustang buyers. If he does follow up then it will look good for him and future customers. Lets see.

Make the list take lots of pics and video, it will be good for Andrew, if Printex can get some real information, then that could be a step in the right direction, common sense can be fun sometimes.

Real information? WTF so are you now admitting that any of my known issues was never relayed to Poland, you stepped in to that one.
I spoke many times with Andrew he knows many months after the fact what my issues are. But he lost any trust I had in him or respect for that matter when he played along with your US visit BS. That is going to be something really hard to earn back.
How about this for a baby step.
My software is buggy always has been, you had Brian install an upgrade that turned out to be a disaster and dangerous, Brian had to revert back to the original software version. Only problem is it locks up and if the flash is on when it locks up the flash stays on till I manually turn it off, the time out does not even work at that point because the software is frozen. When the software freezes you have to reboot the machine from scratch, that requires re-homing the servo and waiting on the software to recognize all components this takes time and completely throws your sequence out of whack.
My suggestion is this, provide me with the PC adapter and a free version for the software and sned me an update of the software so I can do it my self. This at least would solve one issue with the press. As long as the software update is sent as as an autoexecutable or something along them lines I wont have to be privy to OEM software. I always said in the past the adapter is something all Printex customers should have on hand so future updates can be done by them in a timely fashion.
Lets see where you and Andrew go with this idea for me.
If this works out then we can talk about the lift cylinder, remember my base already has a larger bolt pattern drilled out for the correct OC so replacing the crappy one on mine should be relatively easy and cheap.
