Default Roland Camm-1

I bought a roland camm1 second handed. I don't have a manual, I looked at the one that is online but it does not answer my question. Please help. When I try to cut, it gives me the following error:
err bad position.

I realize that it also will give you this if you do not have the eye covered but it is covered.

I hope you can help.
Thanks

Bad position usually indicates that the pinch rollers are not on the grit rollers . These are indicated by the white rectangles above.
