Default Roland Camm-1 PNC 900 sign cutter help! error/faulty?

I have had this cutter for a while and recently got familiar with it. I recently replaced the blades.
It will perform the test function perfectly.
But that is all.. before I plot i press the setup button like usual where it should set up in position and wait for the design to be sent..this is where i run in to a problem.
it puts the blade down drags it to the top of the page whilst cutting and then proceeds to cut over and over again in the same place. It has become stuck on an old design that i cancelled over 6 hours ago.

I've tried turning it on and off, restarting the computer, holding the SETUP button while it its performing, which the manual says will delete the jobs sent from the computer, yet i try and cut something else and it will go straight back to this job.

However if i turn it off then do a test option it will complete it perfectly.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
