Default Roland GX-300 Leaving Tags Attached to Letters???

I am running a Roland GX-300 with the Flexisign pro software. When the cutting is finished it seems that I always have small places where it did not cut (Think Hanging Chad), so when I peel the vinyl it tries to take my letters with it. Is there anyway in the software to get it to cut all the way around the design or is this a mechanical issue?

I'm not familiar specifically with the GX 300, but sounds as if you need to adjust the blade depth or pressure, or perhapaps you need a new blade.

It can be a few things.

1. Your blade offset it not set right in the software
2. The file you are trying to cut is was not completed all the way and there is that little gap left that the machine did not cut.

Check those and see if it helps.

I'm no expert in this feild by any means. You might have the wrong angle blade in. I use a 45 degree angle for most of my stuff. I know if you call some one like Sign Warehouse they will give you some tips.
