Default Roland print and cut Wanted

Hi I am looking into buying a used in good conditions Roland print and cut printer if possible I will like it to be certify by a local technician if possible.
I dont have a preference in size, I will also consider buying a printer that need some job done if a technician says it can be fix , printer will have to be shipped to Miami Florida Crated and very well protected cost of crating I will cover.
My budget is a little limited I have a maximum of 5,000 dollars.
