I like being able to see metrics such as OOE Overall Operating Efficiency. Being able to graph and monitor true time and cost by size of runs, by shift and staff members, breakdowns, makeready times, split screens, running out of ink, pinholes or screen repair, runtime speeds. All that analysis can help manage efficiencies and in turn show where your downtime or stoppages come from and where to invest such as training, or maybe screenmaking or change of emulsion, or true costing analysis down to the second.
