Default Scratch and Sniff Thread?

Client wanting scratch and sniff thread in Cinnamon aroma.

any ideas I can advise her on that does not let her know how friggin $#)(% I think she is??

She's out of luck for cinnamon unless she uses floss but there are other scents available.

This is for hand embroidery,not machine embroidery?
