Merchmo the merch division for Music City Networks. We are looking for an exceptional full-time printshop manager to take the reins of our print department and to help us become more efficient and help lead our print shop to produce more volume from our high volume shop. Only applicants with more than 5 years experience need apply. Must have knowledge of water base, discharge, and simulated process printing. Manager must know all aspects of screen printing process, coating screens, burning screens, separations, running of automatics and manual printing.

Exhibit a proactive mind-set and drive to meet customer's expectations and adopt innovative solutions to operations management issues; use team building and motivational skills to effectively lead a small group of individuals; work harmoniously with peers; and professionally represent plant operations in the Corporate, Sales, and Operations planning process. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have attention to detail.

Relocation will be considered, based on experience but not preferred.
