Directs all production aspects of the department to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of product to customers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Order scheduling
Pre-press operations
Machine set-up and teardown
Maintain production schedules and processing lead times
Insure quality standards are met on all orders
R&D
Purchasing departmental supplies
Training of new staff and staff development for existing personnel
Daily, weekly and monthly reporting of key department metrics
Implementing preventive maintenance plan for all department equipment


Master's degree (M. A.) or equivalent or four to ten years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
