The Role:
Screen Print Production Manager - Exempt – Reports to Director of Operations
The role of Screen Print Production Manager with Kerusso is a fast paced, sleeves rolled up, hands-on role. Equal parts coach and player. Kerusso has approximately 150 Employees working in 4 buildings on our 10 Acre campus. The Screen-print production team consists of approximately 35 team members who operate 5 M&R Automatic presses, a manual press, auto taggers, and 2 folding machines. Primary Purpose and Function
Directs, plans, assigns, and monitors apparel embellishment Production & Finishing operations and activities to achieve schedule attainment, productivity, efficiency, and departmental expense goals. Manages and coordinates the activities of Production Department personnel by performing the following duties personally or through assistant personnel.
Location
This role is based at our Berryville, Arkansas campus. (not available for tele-commuting).

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Production Management or equivalent on the job managerial experience. 7+ years of hands on screen-printing and production management experience. Strong skills in work planning, scheduling, and quality control.
The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. The will also run quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction.
