Screen Print Production Manager/Press Operator

Production Manager - Full Time - Pay negotiable depending on experience and fit.

We are now hiring for a full-time screen printing production manager. We opened in the fall of 2015 and have experienced rapid but steady growth. We're looking for someone to join our small team and help us keep climbing. If you can meet deadlines, work well in a fast paced environment, and have an eye for quality, this will be a position for you.

Screen printing experience is a requirement for this position as the duties include but are not limited to:

- Efficiently manage workflow to meet deadlines and client expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized work space
- Press setup, operation and tear-down
- Screen setup and reclaim
- Oversee and maintain quality control measures
- Properly maintain all equipment

Our Shop:

We currently work with an 8 color, 10 station ROQ Automatic press and a 6 color, 4 station M&R Kruzer manual press. All equipment is well maintained and in great working condition. Experience with manual and automatic equipment is preferred. Currently our staff includes both owners, a full-time production manager, and 2 full-time production assistants. We are saying goodbye to our current production manager as he is focusing full-time on his own solo print/design venture.
