Position: Screen Printer
Location: International Falls, MN

Compensation: $14.00 - $18.00/hr
Our shop is located in International Falls, MN. We are a resort community located a couple miles from Rainy Lake, MN.

Our screen printing shop has been in business for 30 years.
We are looking for an exceptional Screen-Printer to take the reins of our print department. You must be motivated to help us become more efficient and increase volume at our growing shop. Only applicants with min. 2+ years of floor experience of running machines and overseeing a shop need apply. Must have knowledge of plastisol inks and simulated process printing. Printer must be experienced in all aspects of the screen printing process including pre-press screen preparation and operating manual screen printing presses.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with set up and operation of manual and automatic screen printing presses.
Screen Preparation -- Films, Exposure and Reclaim
Ink Mixing/Color Matching
Shipping/Receiving Supplies and Apparel
Keep track of supplies and maintain a proper inventory of ink, cleaning supplies, screens, etc.
Conduct preventative cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
Cleaning and other miscellaneous housekeeping tasks as needed.
Job Tracking
Quality control
Other duties as assigned
Education/Skills:
Minimum 2 Years experience in the screen printing business
Excellent customer relations/service skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong product and process knowledge.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Possess a sense of urgency.
Strong time management and organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Basic understanding of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop a plus but not required
Embroidery experience a plus but not required.
