Up for sale is a 4 color table top Screen Printing machine made from RJennings, Great for printing at home or where space is limited. Print shirts, signs and many other items. 32 attachments can be added later to expand revenue from caps, pockets, sleeves, pant legs, jackets, gloves and more. Includes patented Spring Tension Control so screens of different sizes can be used. These machines are rock solid. The platens do not move out of registration when pressure is applied--like presses sold by other manufacturers.
Includes "Spring Tension Control," a patented R Jennings design feature to allow adjustment for different screen weights! Pictures of this machine can be seen on the RJennings web page (
www.rjennings.com). It is a T450 with Micro, it comes with the hat and pocket attachment.
Also included is the D630 Floor Model Dryer. The standard unit has a heating surface of 16" x 16", but larger sizes are available. Temperature control, like an oven in the kitchen, is a must to fully cure inks (like fully cooking in the oven). With temperature control, the heating element should be placed 1.5-2" above the garment, and the heat turned down to avoid scorching garments and to avoid a high electric bill. Heat will be evenly distributed. So 16" x 16" of heat is sufficient for wet images 14" x 14" or smaller. If you go with an 18" x 18" heated surface, you increase the area by 27% and your electrical bill accordingly.
I'm also going to include a bunch of start up supplies, screen, Newman Roller Frames, Paint, chemicals, squeezes, a homemade exposure unit that works great, even have some blank tshirts, can coozies and hats.
Finally I am also going to include Signmate Elite, in box, dongle, cd and book... This is for Windows. It is version 6.6
