Screen Printers, Where Do You Get Promo Items

Just wondering where you buy printed promotional items such as pens mugs etc.. for your customers. What type of markup do you usually get?

you can become a dealer for kaeser and blair if you can show that you sent out for x dollars of work that you turned around and sold. i have used them for years and am very happy. i sell at list price which usually nets me a 20% profit.

You don't have to be a member of asi but you have to have your own company name and a sales tax id.

I'm looking for Tervis Tumbles. Anybody know where I can get good pricing on them. I've checked some places that sell mugs and such, like the one listed above. But no such luck yet.
