Screen Printing and Embroidery Business for Sale

We are a Screen printing and Embroidery shop in Cass County with a loyal group of customers that have allowed us to grow to 500K in sales. Last year we were down only 20K from the year before, even with our key customers (schools) afffected by Covid. This year our sales have exploded with the reopening. I will be 68 this June so am looking to turn this company over to someone who can continue to provide excellent service to loyal customers. We are a group of only 4 handling a good volume of profitable business. We moved to our present location in Dec 2017 and bought a new Workhorse Sabre 10 Station (2 Flash) press. We have LED screen process, a large MD-8 gas conveyor dryer. Antec 8 color manual. Hix pneumatic heat press, over 20K in aluminum screens (large and small). We also have 30K-40K inventory in tees, hoodies, and nicer apparel. 3 ZSK Sprint 6 Embroidery Machines. All sorts of other capabilities, too much to list. We have built this business with a NO ADVERTISING policy. We continue to grow entirely by word of mouth. I am only asking $250K for the business. It covers the assets and insures that who ever takes over will succeed and continue to provide the excellent service that our customers have grown to expect.
