My lease is up the end of September and I'm not renewing it. Moving to South Carolina
Would be interested in selling my shop and all the equipment I have accumulated over
the last 25 years in the business including inks and screens. My rent is $1100 a month
and a new lease would probably be in the same price range. I'm looking for something
in the $15000 area which would include most but not all of my customer base, all the
walk-in traffic (18 years here) and a fully equipped shop and showroom. Ideal candidate
would be someone who knows screen printing, has his own customer base that he could merge
with mine and needs a legitimate place of business to operate out of and grow.
