Seeking advice on equipment purchase
Looking to invest in screen printing equipment to address some unique requirements and could use some advice. Some quick background: I'm setting up a crafts business creating vintage themed signs. I'm not looking for precision as the design should have a distressed feel to it. Key challenge is that each sign will have small variation in both thickness and length. In the interest of workflow efficiency, I'm hoping to avoid having to make time consuming resets to equipment.
Below are bullet points that essentially summarize the purchase criteria:
* Substrate is reclaimed pallet wood that has been painted or sealed
* Only one color capabilities needed
* Signs will be outside yet covered IE: screened porch
* Each sign will vary in length and thickness;
* Precision is not necessary as design will have a distressed feel
* Sign sizes are

* 15" x 15" (this will be primary size and account for 80% of sales)
* 26" x 26"
* NOTE: I'm hoping to add round signs as a future option
I appreciate any guidance, no matter how small
