Selling $300k Screen Printing Business

Selling my screen printing business.
Open to offers, currently doing $300k in sales yearly with big growth every year. We are doing 95% automatic screen printing and 5% vinyl decal work with outsourcing embroidery.
We lease a ROQ YOU 8/12 XL with a HotRoqit dryer: $1,500
Lease in warehouse is $1,500.
Production manager is young and a big asset to the business, $15 an hour
We have a screen washer that we pay $12 an hour.
Price is open to offers but must be reasonable, 1.5x sales + assets.
