Selling Business
I have an existing full service shop including embroidery (5heads)/screen printing (6C/4S)/promotional product sales/vinyl graphics/laser engraving/sandblasting services. I have been in business for 9 years and for personal reasons not related directly to the business I am considering selling.
I have no idea where to even start. How do I value my business? How would I go about finding a buyer for the business? Is that even likely? Or am I going to find myself having to sell off just the equipment? Any advice would be appreciated. Also, if you know of any online resource that would helpful please send me the information.
