shirts and labels

Good day everyone,

Does anyone know where I can get a supplier of dress shirts, solid color with white collar and cuffs and would be willing to swap out their label for my customers? She is just starting out with her clothing line and only need 100 for now, split evenly between black w/ white collar and cuffs, blue w/ white collar and cuffs and all white.
Or if not that then can anyone provide me with info on a company that would do the labels alone. I can find the shirts, but they won't do the labels until we buy 300 of the same color. The idea is to buy the shirts, take the manufacturer label off, replace with hers and then do embroidery on the shirt. Any ideas out there. I prefer in the united states, and if possible, the west coast, even better would be the Los Angeles/ Orange County area.

To summarize, I need a label manufacturer, and a company that would swap the label on the shirt for ours, and if possible have the same company supply the shirts, preferred in the USA but not set in stone on that. If just label swapping, then, I do need it in this country, just to cut down on shipping.
