Shoe string budget looking for machine

I am about to get into embroidery for the first time as a part-timer. I have done extensive research already so I am mostly looking for a cheap machine that does hats and is in good working condition. I am not so much interested in the software but other accessories. My budget is around $4000. I'm in Maryland but won't mind driving to within 200 miles.

I have a Brother PR600 for sale with 2 sets of each size hoops, cap driver and 2 cap hoops, stand, accessories (tools, etc). Can connect to your computer in order to download designs, etc. I bought it new 4 yrs ago for over $10,000, has less that 250 hours on it, it is 1 head, 6 needle and is in excellent condition. I just don't use it anymore, and really need to sell it due to health issues with my husband. I am asking $6,000 (may be negotiable) for it. Where in MD are you? I am from Maryland, but live in Arkansas now. I would consider paying for the shipping cost. It is an excellent beginner machine and very easy to use.

I have a new barely used Ricoma 12 Thread Commercial Machine. I purchased as a second machine...for my home based business in Gainesville, Ga. It is a 2008 model and is unbelieveable in quality of embroidery. I'm asking $6,500. comes with all the hoops thread cap frames and manuels.. uses a USB port or floppy disc drive. totally independent machine...I will even supply software Wilcom 65 to get you started.
