Shop for sale/lease take over: Melco Amaya XT loaded/Ionline300 cutter/Hotronix swing

We're looking to sell our shop. Our loss is your gain. Take over a lease on a 6mo. old shop. We have already paid the first 7 months of payment plus the down. So you'll basically be taking over a lease at cost (and each payment is tax deductible). Our payment is $532/month. Acceptance will be pending approval from Beacon Funding. Below is a list of what you will get. Pictures available upon request. It's a great opportunity for someone to run with a shop for NO MONEY DOWN and nothing out of pocket. What is the balance on your lease? And where are you located? Im in Detroit, and a 3rd party trainer for Melco. I own an old original Amaya, looking to upgrade. And I happen to need an oline cutter. Thanks,
