We are looking for a buyer for our successful graphics company and take it to the next level. My wife and I started our company part time and have grown it to be around $100,000 per year in sales for the last 7 years with only word of mouth advertising and only doing it part time.
We are confident with the business model we built. The right person could come in and do this full time and easily double or triple the sales per year.

The reason we are selling is we are starting the next chapter in our lives and we don’t have the time to put into this business like we used to.

This business model would work anywhere but it strives the most I think in central Illinois because we have a lot of race tracks in central Illinois. We are also close enough to Chicago to get free and quick shipping from our vendors.

We have a Roland Printer/cutter, laminator and heat press in house. So we can produce banners, signs, printed and regular vinyl decals, heat transfers all in-house. We have also a lined ourselves with the perfect vendors to be able to offer great quality and profitable screen printing, embroidery, promotional products and racing suits and jackets.

We specialize in racing graphics and school decals but we are a 1 stop shop for most of our customers. They come to us for decals or vinyl and end up buying screen printing, embroidery and promotional products for their businesses.

We have no debt on the business, working capital to buy supplies for jobs and we have used the profits of the business to make that happen.

Some of the assets of our company are
• Over 100 repeat active customers per year & over 500 since we started, Roland VP-540, Guardian Laminator 65”, Diage laminator 30”, imac for designing, 2 pc’s for ripping files, estimating and accounting, large 48” x 120” light table, 50 different vinyl rolls that varies in lengths, Tshirt heat press, hat heat press, a website that has 600 views since Jan. 1st, Job & quote tracking system, estimating software, accounting software, $1,000 worth of racing high end illustrations to resell, misc office supplies, desks, and sign supplies.

We are asking for $85,000 for everything. You could easily pay this loan off in less than 5 years even if you stayed at the same sales and profit margins we currently have.

We would show you how to run the machines, maintain them, quote jobs, bill jobs, send jobs to vendors, order supplies, show you how certain products need to be designed, etc.
