Silk Screening From Home

I miss screen printing by hand, fell for it in college and have worked in screen print businesses in the past.

I'm looking to set up a simple art workspace in my garage, prints on paper.
No final timeline; do hope to be working for myself -to some degree- w/in 2 yrs.

Seeking some basics to get started:
-Print Drying Rack
-Exposure Unit
-Flat File
-Screens stretched with 305 mesh

I'm open to ideas.
