Singer Futura CE200 software HELP

I have everything that came with this wonderful machine.I bought new but just got around to embroidery...I have loaded all software..To embroidery..do I need another program? I have loaded everything.. hooked up as directed..Still no embroidery...

There is not to much than can go wrong. Does the Futura softwear open? When you send the design to the machine does the different layers of sewing come up? Lets start there.

Thanks to NICE LADY AT SINGER ON LINE..my computer was not formated..Removed program, reloaded, did this, did that.NOW it works! took one hour and 37 minutes!! Now.. where can I find resonable priced software for embrodery?

I recommend Embird as an affordable program compared to those that are out there. You can download a demo copy at their website and try out the features. The trial version will also allow you to "see" your designs in your hard drive as icons.
