Default Small entry level shop equipment for sale.

State/Province: Florida
City: St. Cloud
Almost everything you need to start your shop or add on to an exiting small shop.

MANUAL PRESSES (TWO):
1 (6) color/4 station heavy duty Rototex manual, Micro registration (I never attempted to get this good operating order) Needs a small TLC for appearance. You could use all heads now but for 100% efficiency, you should improve on this with new lock down screws/clamps. Includes only 1 Adult, 1 child and 1 sleeve pallet. Needs 3 more pallets for maximum efficiency but you could get away with the one for now. I have a source for all parts to provide and new Pallets with rubber are about $55.00 each x 3.

1 (6) color/4 station - ready to use, lighter weight VIDAR manual press. All four pallets included. Works good, could get you going for basic prints alone but I suggest getting the Rototex in great condition also, and use it for most of your multi color production due to the great registration it provides. This press would be great to have for jobs that do not require tight registration. It's just not built (as tight as the Rototex) due to it's light weight.

DRYER:
1-10' x 24" belt VIDAR dryer...that is 25+ years old that needs wiring and a once over by a professional. Currently not working.
Someone experienced as an electrician can get this going. Runs on 220. Running, might be worth 700.00-1000.00 but current value is at $300.00

EXPOSURE UNIT:
1-National exposure unit. Can exposure two small screens or one large. Does work, The Integrator/timer does not currently work and needs a hole near the air tube vacuum blanket repaired. Runs on 110 elec. Uses decent condition, it would be worth $1000.00 but as is, it's in the $400.00 range.

FLASH UNITS (TWO):
1 Large ATLAS 18"x24" FLASH, -Heat control, Flash shield, with floor stand, Like new, Heavy duty. Great for the larger press above. Runs on 220 elec. $1,095.00 new. estimated low of $400.00 used.

1 Smaller Vastex 16"x16" flash unit (with floor stand). Great for the smaller manual press. Runs on 110 elec.

WASH OUT BOOTH:
1 (single -large or small screen) Wash out booth. Minimum of $200.00 value.

FRAMES:
43 - large 23x31 static frames (95% of them with various mesh sizes). Printable area (17x25) 19" scoop coater size. 18" squeegee size. (Minimum of $200.00 value).

12 - 20"x22" 18x20" mesh area. Newman Roller frames (with various mesh sizes). 3 rollers and one square bar. Light weight frame for use in manual press shop. $240.00 used value.

1 30" x 36" light table
