Question Software Needed

Recently purchased Melco EMC 6 without the software....looking for basic software to run the equipment.

When I had EMC machines ten years ago, I ran Wilcom software. So, for sure, Wilcom and Melco software will run it. I'm not sure about the other brands with respect to that.

Did you get the network card with it, or only the machine? This machine will most probably have to be networked to your computer. The network cards can be pci, but many of the cards for those older machines were isa cards, for which there are no slots in the computers these days. Once you get it networked, then you will need to investigate which of today's software will run it. Perhaps all of them will.

Hope that helps. You'll have your work cut out for you getting all this together if you don't have the network card.
